Welcome to the first post of my blog. I have just finished reading Chapter 1, Ko & Rossen. I was surprised to learn that I could take "onground" instruction and simply augment it to fit the web. Obviously, not all on ground tasks would "fit" online, but one does not need to create "online instruction". Good instruction will fit into either place. I will be anxious to learn if online teaching is for me as I appreciate visual feedback from learners. However, when they look bored at me when I speak about low technology (i.e., assistive technology), perhaps, it would be better if I could not see perceived boredom :-)
